Developed by Wasabi, Feather Live Wallpaper is a free platform that contains cool live wallpapers. The app includes a variety of beautiful feather themed visuals - such as floating feathers and such. In addition, the latest version is now updated with a water droplet effect - which you can enable in the settings.
To use the app, you simply have to click Home, then Menu, then Wallpapers, and then Live Wallpapers. If things get complicated, move the installed app from your SD card and into your internal storage.
